Noriko Fujikawa

Founding partner, lemon law and dealer fraud

Noriko started the firm to give car buyers in the Inland Empire a lawyer who knows how dealerships work from the inside.

Before law school, Noriko worked the service desk at a dealership in Corona. She wrote up the repair orders that lemon cases now turn on, and she learned what ‘could not duplicate’ usually means. She has represented car buyers against manufacturers and dealers ever since.

How Noriko reads a repair order

She starts with the mileage and the dates, then the complaint in the customer's own words, then what the technician wrote. Gaps between those three are where most cases are made.

She'll tell you on the first call whether the history is strong enough, and if it isn't yet, what to say at the next service visit.
